REGISTRATION AND FEE

To register, please click HERE for online registrations. The registration fee is $815.00 for early registrations received by February 8, 2024; the regular registration fee is $895.00 (received after February 8, 2024). First time attendees are eligible for the discounted rate of $515.00. This fee includes admittance to the cocktail reception, breakfasts, lunches and breaks for registrants only.

Please note this year's seminar will be held in-person only (virtual attendance will not be available).

Register online and pay by VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. Only Credit Card payments will be accepted.

MATERIALS

All 2024 materials will be available ONLINE ONLY. Please plan accordingly. Prior to the seminar, registered attendees may view/download/print the materials at www.sbli-inc.org.

All registered attendees will receive a Bankruptcy Code and Rules book.

LOCATION AND HOTEL RESERVATION

The location for the 50th Annual SBLI Seminar is The Whitley Hotel (formerly the Ritz-Carlton Buckhead),
3434 Peachtree Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30326. For hotel reservations, please click HERE or call 1-404-237-2700. Group rates of $249 are available until February 23, 2024, under Southeastern Bankruptcy Law Institute.

ADMISSION TO SESSIONS AND MEALS

SBLI will provide an identification badge for each registrant. Badges must be worn in order to gain admittance to all lectures and other functions of the Seminar.

REFUND POLICY

Registrants unable to attend the Seminar will be refunded 90% of the registration fee if a written notice of cancellation (sent to info@sbli-inc.org) is sent on or before February 22, 2024. A refund of 40% of the registration fee will be made if written notice of cancellation is received on or before February 29, 2024. No other refunds will be made.

SUBSTITUTIONS

A substitute from your firm may be named before the Seminar, provided you notify the Institute via email at info@sbli-inc.org by February 29, 2024.

CONSENT TO USE OF IMAGE

Attendance at, or participation in, the Southeastern Bankruptcy Law Institute constitutes agreement to SBLI’s use and distribution of the attendee’s or participant’s image in photographs, video, and electronic media for educational and promotional purposes. Recording of sessions is not permitted.
